1. Energy-saving and efficient, low nitrogen and eco-friendly.
Stiefel's FIR technology uses flue gas internal circulation to highly efficiently recycle heat from combustion, significantly reducing the overall transformation cost, operating cost, and maintenance cost compared to traditional external circulation FGR technology. According to incomplete statistics, the transformation cost of FIR is reduced by 20% in terms of labor and material costs compared to FGR in general. it can also reduce the consumption of natural gas by 1 ton per hour during operation. Our system significantly reduces the nitrogen oxide emissions to less than 30mg/m³, helping hotels meet the increasingly stringent emission standards.
2. Stable system, easy operation.
The Programmable Logic Controller/PLC and the entire series of electronic proportional PID regulators are equipped with an independent inlet BMS combustion management system control cabinets. The system control is standardized and modularized, which can greatly reduce the demand for DCS programming work and effectively control risks.
3. Sufficient combustion with high efficiency, all reaching 30mg/Nm³.
By using fully imported multi-fuel spray gun ensures that the burner nozzle is at the center of the burner, our unique combustion efficiency exceeds 99.9%, accommodating the ultra-low nitrogen emission requirements of 30mg/Nm³.
